Details
Two lovely red grape varieties from the Loire Valley, Pinot noir and Gamay rouge, meet in equal parts in this cuvée on granite soils.
Patatrack is a fruity, ruby-colored wine with notes of raspberry, cherry and a hint of kirsch. On the palate, we discover notes of black fruit, blueberry and blackcurrant, balanced between freshness and deliciousness.
Enjoy on a tapas board as an aperitif or just for fun! A perfect accompaniment to raclette.

Details
Made predominantly from Grolleau grapes grown on clay-loam soils, Jules’ Reserve red is a fruity, fresh and slightly spicy wine.
It is produced after carbonic maceration and fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Its garnet-red color is accompanied by pronounced aromas of red fruit, for a wine with low tannin and acidity on the palate.
La réserve de Jules rouge is the perfect accompaniment to charcuterie boards and tapas at the start of a meal.

A fresh Merlot aged in oak barrels. Lolo’s selection is made from the 4 best barrels, bottled exclusively in magnum!
A garnet-red wine with hints of garrigue, aromas of blackcurrant and mocha, followed by spices, zan and licorice, which are repeated on the palate with beautiful amplitude and silky tannins.
A must with fine red meats.

Damoiselles – Vin de France – Organic wine

Details
A parcel of Chenin vines planted in limestone soil of marine origin. The grapes give birth to this cuvée, which ferments partly in oak barrels and partly in stainless steel vats.
A golden, straw-colored wine that opens with notes of toast, fresh almond and licorice. An invigorating attack on the palate and a fleshy side that prevails, thanks to maturing on fine lees and regular stirring of the lees.
Enjoy with poultry or hard cow’s milk cheeses (Parmesan, aged Comté, etc.).

Damoiseaux – Vin de France – Organic wine

Details
A plot of land, with limestone soil of marine origin, planted with Pinot Noir grapes. The grapes give birth to this cuvée, which ferments in oak barrels.
A garnet-red color with crimson highlights, opening with notes of mocha, roasted coffee, red berries and licorice. A frank attack on the palate with sustained tannins.
Enjoy with mature white meats or blue-veined cow’s milk cheeses.

Mirabilis – Vin de France – Organic wine

Made from a selection of Chenin grapes grown in the schist soils of Anjou Noir. Fermented and aged in oak barrels for 12 months, with no added sulfites.
Its pale gold color with green highlights reveals notes of blond tobacco and ripe yellow fruit, supported on the palate by freshness and a slight bitterness on the finish.
Enjoy with white meats or grilled fish.

Made from a 100% Grolleau grape variety on clay and silt soil, the red Grololo is a fruity, fresh and slightly spicy wine.
It is obtained after carbonic maceration and fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Its garnet color is accompanied by pronounced aromas of red fruits, for a wine with low tannin and acidity in the mouth.
The red Grololo is a perfect accompaniment to cold cuts and tapas at the beginning of the meal.

Grololo Blanc is a harmonious blend of three iconic Loire Valley grape varieties grown on essentially limestone soils: Melon B. from Muscadet, Chenin from Anjou and Sauvignon from Touraine.
It is the result of a long six-month aging process in vats, allowing each grape variety to express its aromas and character. The last minute blending respects the balance between the three grape varieties and gives it its beautiful golden color, aromatic nose, amplitude and a touch of tension in the mouth.
Grololo Blanc is best enjoyed as an aperitif with a platter of cold meats or cheese.

GROLOLO Rosé – Vin de France – Organic wine

The Grololo Rosé is the good friend par excellence. Fruity, supple and with a colorful robe, it is very appreciated for its drinkability and freshness.
Made from the Syrah grape variety, it is vinified from perfectly ripe grapes, harvested and pressed with care to obtain a delicate fruit and a great freshness of taste.
It will take part, without ever deflating, in all the aperitifs and meals without chichi nor big melon.

Lolo le Kosto is a “fort des Halles”, a flamboyant personality who leaves no one indifferent. To meet him is to travel far, and return transformed.
A blend of Merlot and Grenache grapes , Lolo le Kosto is rooted in the hills of Languedoc. Gentle vinification extracts perfectly rounded tannins.
It goes wonderfully well with a charcuterie board, a savory lentil dish or even a chocolate dessert.

Je t’aime mais j’ai soif – Vin de France – Organic wine

“Je t’aime mais j’ai soif” rosé comes from the Grolleau noir grape variety , which gives it its fine, fruity flavors.
It is produced by direct pressing and bottled in the spring. The label, designed by Nantes artist MIKA, makes this cuvée a must-have.
“Je t’aime mais j’ai soif” rosé is perfect as a summer aperitif, and a delicious accompaniment to salads and Spanish charcuterie platters.

MOZAÏK Rouge – AOC Anjou – Organic wine

Details
The Mozaïk vintage is an original blend of Cabernet Franc from plots on schist and limestone.
It is made from a traditional soft maceration for a respectful extraction of aromas and tannins. It is fermented in vats and then aged in barrels that have contained other wines. It finally displays a beautiful ruby color and powerful aromas of red and black fruits for a supple wine, acid and fine tannins.
The Mozaïk Anjou is particularly appreciated with red meats, dishes in sauce or simply as an aperitif.

The Mozaïk vintage is an original blend of Cabernet Franc from plots on schist and limestone.
Made from a 100% Chenin grape variety, the grapes of Mozaïk Chenin Blanc are cold settled before fermentation in wooden truncated vats and then aged for one year. They reveal a pale gold color and white fruit aromas for a fresh, supple and slightly salty wine.
Mozaïk white can be served as a starter or with white meats, fish or seafood platters.

Chardonnay – Vin de France – Organic wine

This Chardonnay is an excellent example of these easy-going and accessible Atlantic wines.
It is the fruit of a 100% Chardonnay grape variety cultivated in a gravel and silt soil on a granite mother rock of Clisson. It is vinified in low temperature stainless steel tanks for intense primary and varietal aromas and bottled in the spring.
It can be associated with seafood or white meats.

Pesked Blanc – Vin de France – Organic wine

Details
Pesked blanc is a floral, saline and delicate wine, the pure product of a maritime terroir.
It is harvested at the beginning of the harvest, vinified and aged in underground vats for 6 months. Produced from a blend of Melon B. (90%) and Grolleau Noir, it is rooted in a filtering soil of gneiss and micaschist.
It goes wonderfully well with fish and seafood, accompanied by good rye bread and salted butter.

Made from a blend of Melon B. (90%) and Grolleau noir grapes , this organic sparkling wine is produced using the gasification method. The result is a delightful effervescence, synonymous with gaiety and shared moments.

Saumur Rouge – Organic wine

Details
Cabernet franc is the king of Saumur’s limestone soils. Well-managed in the vineyard, the wines it produces are among the finest in the Loire Valley.
Our Saumur Rouge comes from the southern Saumur region, from old vines planted on chalk with small limestone pebbles. It is a delicacy with aromas of black and red fruits, whose tannins coat the palate with delicacy.
It is an enthusiastic accompaniment to game or a good chaource.

Primula Blanc – Vin de France – Organic wine

Primula is a spontaneous and lively Loire white.
It is the fruit of a 100% Sauvignon grape variety cultivated in a gravel and silt soil on a granite mother rock of Clisson. The grapes are harvested by machine, pressed and fermented for two to three weeks before being aged for six months in underground tanks.
It goes well with shellfish, oysters and fish or goat cheese.

Un Voyage dans les Vignes presents its “Terret” Once upon a time. Terret is a very old grape variety endemic to the Languedoc. Long disliked because of its low yields and sensitivity, it is coming back to the forefront because it can produce powerful and striking whites.
Our Terret is vinified in a remote valley of the Hérault and has a strong character, with honeyed aromas and texture. It will go well with raw vegetables, fish or seafood, or fruit.

Folle Blanche – Vin de France – Organic wine

Made from Folle blanche, the other white grape variety in the Muscadet vineyards, which has long been overlooked. The vines are grown on gabbro terroir.
A refreshing cuvée par excellence, with a hint of iodine, it’s the ideal companion to oysters and shellfish.

Details
Made from the Melon B.grape variety , a favorite of Muscadet vineyards, this cuvée is grown on gneiss and granite soils.
It’s made from young vines that keep the wine fresh, reminiscent of the sea air coming in from the Atlantic Ocean.

Muscadet sèvre-et-maine AOC Tour Lu – Organic wine

Details
Located in the extension of the Armorican Massif, the Clisson vineyards follow the contours of a granite massif known as “Clisson granite”.
A siliceous rock, this granite produces shallow, fairly poor soils that warm well.
Our Muscadet Sèvre et Maine, made from old vines, is harvested when ripe, then fermented in underground tanks. After 8 months on its lees, it is bottled in the spring. A floral nose, with a touch of gunflint, precedes a fresh, saline attack on the palate. The ageing gives it a long finish.
